The organizers invite you to a free online training entitled "Company succession - inheritance planning, protection of the entrepreneur's assets".
The training will take place on 4th November 2020, from 6:00-8:00 p.m, using the ZOOM application.

The program includes answers to the following questions:
• What will be the fate of the company in the event of a sudden, premature death of the owner or partners?
• Who will take over the business when the owner retires?
• How to use the inheritance law so that the existence of the company is not threatened when the owner or co-owner dies?
• Inheritance debts - who is obliged to pay them (tax settlements, loan agreements, remuneration and severance pay)?
